Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes. Understand Production Schedules and key production data (i.

lot numbers, SKU's, etc.) and Ability to understand current production flow and product specifications Ability to recognize inconsistencies per product specifications (i.

Foreign objects, miss-labeling, etc.) Remove any defects from the produce that are undesirable in the finished product Must execute de-coring/trimming/chopping/mixing based on product specifications Knowledge & understanding of how to maintain a safe work environment Validate that printed labels accurately reflect production work orders Works safely around moving equipment & conveyors in wet environment Maintain an uninterrupted flow of packaging and sorting finished goods Clean and trim vegetables per Quality Control development specifications Operate shrink wrap machine (manual/automated) and Operate a hand pallet jack, Manual palletization of finished goods and Manually pack finished goods Communicate verbally & in writing Maintain a clean work area Perform other duties as assigned.
