ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an automotive film manufacturer based in Jurupa Valley, CA, producing and distributing a premium line of protective and appearance films. As a growing company launching from the ground up, we are building a team that is as invested in our success as we are. The Warehouse Associate is a critical member of our production and fulfillment operation — responsible for the accurate handling, organization, and dispatch of finished film products. This role is central to ensuring that our manufacturing output reaches customers on time and in perfect condition. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, operates with precision, and wants to grow within a company that promotes from within.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Stage, organize, and manage finished goods inventory within the facility Pick, pack, and process outgoing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant production floor and storage areas Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely Track inventory levels and movements using our warehouse management system (WMS) Coordinate with production and sales teams to prioritize and fulfill time-sensitive orders Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or process improvement opportunities Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures as our operation scales Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift High attention to detail — precision matters when handling specialty film products Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a team-first environment Familiarity with WMS, inventory software, or barcode scanning systems is an advantage A growth mindset with interest in advancing into a lead or supervisory capacity Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays
