Warehouse Associate (Tire Distribution)

Job Overview We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support our tire distribution operations. This role involves order picking, packing, and shipping preparation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming tire shipments Pick and pack orders accurately based on daily orders Bundle and strap tires (single, 2-pack, or 4-pack) following packing guidelines Prepare shipments for carriers such as FedEx Stage outgoing orders for daily pickup Organize and store inventory by size and SKU Assist with inventory counts and stock control Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred (tire/auto industry is a plus) Reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions and work efficiently Basic computer skills (inventory / shipping system) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements Regularly lift and move items up to 80 lbs Stand and walk for extended periods Perform bending, lifting, and carrying tasks throughout the day What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and consistency Team player with good attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Familiar with tire sizes (e.g., 245/75R16, 33x12.50R20) Forklift experience (not required)

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
