Warehouse AV Technician Pro Audio Video, Inc. - 4.0 La Verne, CA Job Details Part-time $19 - $23 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Warehouse AV Technician Entry level Warehouse AV technician position capable of supporting the warehouse lead, delivering equipment and providing small scale AV services to customers/clients. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Thorough knowledge of audio-visual equipment, set-up and operations including basic skills in the fields of audio, video and lighting including but not limited to; mixing equipment, lighting tools, cameras, microphones, projectors and video recorders, amplifiers and spotlights Ability to work both independently and within the team. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Polished appearance and demeanor. Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. Organized and efficient in excel. Keep warehouse organized and clean. Help Warehouse Lead and Director of Logistics by improving processes such as event prep, production, truck loading, driving routes, etc. Help Warehouse Lead with preps of events. Other duties as assigned Quality Control Understand company QC procedures to help in the warehouse and maintain equipment. Inspect and audit equipment when returned from events. Test audio, video, and lighting equipment to ensure the equipment is show ready. Understand how to troubleshoot AV equipment. Document Maintenance records and QC procedures. Driver Safely deliver equipment to customers/event locations Load and offload equipment onto and from company trucks Pick up equipment from vendors Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations Arrive at destinations on schedule Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays Use navigation applications to determine the best route Interact with clients professionally at all times Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. •Driving - This position has the responsibility to deliver equipment to our customers/event properties and assist with tasks and inventory processes in our warehouse. 3+ years of QC experience is preferred. 2+ years of audio-visual experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
