Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, update inventory records, and manage order processing. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce and distribution channels. Conduct shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments with proper packaging. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order picking. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels using implemented systems. Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading and unloading trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is a plus. Proven ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks confidently and safely. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar platforms for inventory control. Basic math skills necessary for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various functions.
