Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate and Driver supports warehouse operations and field installation teams by ensuring timely delivery and movement of materials to job sites. This role plays a key part in keeping installation teams on schedule by coordinating pick-ups, deliveries, and maintaining organized inventory. This position also supports day-to-day warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility, including early mornings or evenings, and the ability to work in varying warehouse and job site conditions. Skills & Core Strengths Organization and attention to detail Time management and reliability Communication and coordination with field teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and adaptability Commitment to safety and compliance What You'll Do Pull and prepare materials for delivery to job sites Load and operate vans or box trucks for safe and timely deliveries Coordinate with field teams for delivery and pickup needs Support installation teams by delivering materials and responding to urgent requests Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material storage Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes Maintain accurate tracking of materials and deliveries Represent the company professionally when interacting on job sites Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE when required Attend required trainings and support team needs as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required; must meet company driving standards, including participation in motor vehicle record (MVR) review Experience driving vans or box trucks required Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes Forklift experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems (ERP experience a plus) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc.) Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities About Us Avidex is a leading AV/IT integration company delivering innovative technology solutions across corporate, healthcare, education, and enterprise environments.
