General Labor Job Description This role involves completing various general tasks around the facility, including organizing the workspace, moving materials, and performing cleaning duties. Responsibilities Organize the facility and ensure materials are moved efficiently. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and pulling weeds. Manage outside areas by removing loose trash and items. Conduct general cleaning and organizing within the facility. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Experience in general labor tasks. Ability to perform repair work. Familiarity with construction and production processes. Capability to load materials and perform assembly tasks. Skill in using a tape measure effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as required. Experience in industrial manufacturing settings is advantageous. Why Work Here? You will work with various coating services such as hot-dip galvanizing, anodizing, corrocate, and powder coating. The facility operates within the United States, offering a dynamic and hands-on work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
