Perform chemical batching, mixing, weighing, and sampling activities according to batch instructions and SOPs. Safely handle materials, monitor production processes, record batch and inventory information, maintain equipment and work areas, and follow quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Batching & Mixing:

Weigh and blend raw materials according to batch sheets and SOP specifications.

Chemical Handling:

Safely handle chemicals and follow all applicable safety procedures.

Quality:

Collect samples and work with QC personnel to ensure products meet specifications.

Documentation:

Record batch information, inventory movements, test samples, and production activities accurately.

Equipment:

Maintain work areas and equipment; report equipment or process issues promptly.

Safety:

Follow SOPs, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, and confined-space procedures.

Production:

Follow daily schedules and maintain production efficiency to meet demand.

Physical Work:

Perform lifting, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive work as required.

Team Support:

Work with supervisors and QC personnel and assist with general production duties as needed.
