Support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, following SOPs and safety procedures, monitoring product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and keeping the production area clean and safe. The role also includes confined-space tank cleaning after required training.

Responsibilities:

Production:

Operate equipment, perform assigned production tasks, and complete start-up/shutdown activities as directed.

Quality:

Monitor product quality and report potential issues to the supervisor.

Safety:

Follow PPE, safety, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, and other plant procedures.

Maintenance:

Clean, grease, and make basic adjustments to equipment as assigned.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate production counts and required records.

Confined Space:

After training, clean mix tanks using shovels, air tools, or other approved equipment.

Work Environment:

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work involving lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.

Team Support:

Participate in cross-training, safety meetings, audits, and other production duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE

MUST be physically able to enter and work safely in confined spaces. MUST be able to safely lift up to 55 lbs. and perform repetitive, strenuous work. MUST be available for mandatory overtime. MUST have 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision. MUST be able to read and follow SOPs, operator manuals, safety procedures, and posted instructions. MUST have basic math skills for accurate production counts. MUST have experience working with chemicals or in a light chemical manufacturing environment.

Shift Timing:

7:00 AM-3:30

PM Weekly Schedule:

M-F CH1

Pay:
