As part of our crew, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects and ensuring smooth operations. We specialize in construction equipment rentals and emergency disaster relief services, offering competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. Laborer Duties and Responsibilities As a laborer, your primary focus will be to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work site while supporting the overall progress of the projects. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Preparing and cleaning construction sites Loading and unloading materials and equipment Operating power tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts) when required Following supervisors' instructions and implementing project plans Assisting skilled tradespeople in their tasks Requirements and Skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, etc.) Good hand-eye coordination Experience with power tools and machinery is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to adhering to safety regulations Apprenticeship or specialized training is an asset but not required Join us at Lig Rentals and become an essential part of our team, helping to drive success on every project.
