Operations Manager, Production Leads Job Summary:
General Labor worker must be able to multi-task and work in a face paced environment. This position requires someone who is dependable and able to follow all instructions. They must possess good communication skills and show initiative.Essential Functions:
- Ability to communicate with management and employees in various departments.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Able to read and fill out documentation applicable to job and food safety program.
- Work with other departments as needed.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining your work area/equipment.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent- Minimum one year experience working with almonds preferred.
- Able to read and write English. Possess good comprehension and retention skills. Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- Able to work long hours including weekends and in various environmental conditions.
- Flexibility in schedule; able to work day, swing, or grave shifts.
