This role helps maintain accurate inventory records, supports timely product shipments, and works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain organized inventory and storage locations Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams regarding inventory and shipments Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse tasks Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carrier systems

• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments Qualifications Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle packages up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse activities throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and inventory management systems
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferred because the role may involve coordination with Mandarin-speaking team members, vendors, and service providers.

Pay Transparency The expected hourly pay range for this position is $22 to $25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
