• Review written instructions and accurately assemble wire cables by hand according to specifications.
• Package and label lighting fixtures while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and consistency to help support product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Meet daily productivity expectations while following safety and process guidelines. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate:

  $16.90 per hour.

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• Location:

  Montclair, CA, 100% onsite.

• 1+ year of recent experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar hands-on role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive hand movements during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on production setting.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience assembling small parts, wiring, lighting fixtures, cables, or similar manufactured products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or light industrial environment.
• Long-term interest in a stable temp-to-hire manufacturing opportunity.
