Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements. Stock shelves and organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity and facilitate quick access for order picking. Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely and effectively. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipping labels, verifying order details, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and performing routine inspections. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar ERP systems. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures in an e-commerce or distribution setting. Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and load/unload trucks safely. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently. $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
