This role is a hybrid of physical labor and administrative support. You will be responsible for the accurate movement of inventory from receiving and picking to packing and shipping while maintaining meticulous digital records. The ideal candidate is as comfortable using a handheld scanner and pallet jack as they are navigating a computer database.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on daily pick sheets. Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy. Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and label products for storage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to log incoming stock and track outgoing orders. Generate shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and prepare necessary documentation like Bills of Lading (BOL). Coordinate with the office team regarding stock discrepancies, backorders, or shipping delays. ...
