Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! Duties Safely move materials within the warehouse Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, cycle counts, and updating the warehouse management system (WMS) using RF scanners and AS400 software Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment for customers and manufacturing needs Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Handle materials with mechanical knowledge of pallet jacks, heavy lifting techniques, and construction-related equipment when necessary Participate in inventory management tasks including cycle counts and stock adjustments to prevent discrepancies Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution and manufacturing environments is a plus Proven ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and order pickers safely and efficiently Experience with inventory management systems like RF scanners or AS400 is desirable Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to materials handling and heavy equipment operation Mechanical aptitude or construction background can be advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order accuracy Previous experience in shipping & receiving or order fulfillment roles will help you excel in this position Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real impact!
