Job Description

Position Summary The Warehouse Clerk for Suja Juice's Shipping and Receiving team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and purchase order processing. This position focuses on accurately collecting and managing documentation throughout shipping and receiving operations, with a strong emphasis on data entry and working in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Schedule Hours:
12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday, must be flexible and available to work mandatory overtime. 3-
Week Training Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM - employees will start with this schedule and then transition to their regular assigned schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate and correspond with representatives to rectify problems such as damage, shortages, nonconformance to specifications, and updates to sales orders / purchase orders. Communicate with carrier representatives to schedule and issue instructions for shipping and delivery of appointments. Perform accurate data entries in NetSuite and RF Smart WMS systems. Maintain and organize records for warehouse operations. Requisition of shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory. Work with other departments to provide various reports including inventory counts, shipping / receiving summaries, and compliance standards upon request. Responsible for scheduling carriers, creating shipping pick-tickets, pallet tags, customer ASN's, CHEP pallet reporting, and all data reporting associated with the warehouse operations. Prepare pick-tickets and compare them with sales order records to verify the accuracy of planned outgoing shipments and meet deadlines. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments. Regular and reliable attendance. May perform similar and incidental duties as required. Job Qualifications 2+ years in warehouse environment required. Experience with WMS warehouse management software and logistics management systems. CPG industry experience is a plus. Knowledge NetSuite or ERP systems experience. Microsoft office (excel, word etc.) experience. RF Smart WMS Language Skills Ability to communicate, read, listen, and understand English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required. Other Skills & Abilities Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize work to meet commitments/deadlines. Ability to work cross functionality with other departments. Working Conditions This role operates in a food manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas are expected. Must be able to work independently. Must have a production/sense of urgency mindset. Punctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMP's, and a freezer/cold environment of down to -10F degrees. Physical Demands Comfortable working in a refrigerated freezer/cold environment down to -10F degrees. Must be able to stand, sit, bend and be able to lift 50lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs/continuous motion. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment. Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely. Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery. Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration. Compensation and Benefits Come thrive at Suja Life!
