All Shifts Exact Match Personnel Pay:

$17.00-$18.50 per hour Exact Match Personnel is hiring Warehouse Lumpers to load and unload trailers. We are looking for dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable performing physical warehouse work.

Shifts Available:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Job Responsibilities Load and unload merchandise from trailers and shipping containers. Lift, move, sort, and stack boxes and products. Build pallets and shrink-wrap merchandise for storage or shipment. Inspect merchandise for visible damage and report discrepancies. Follow instructions for proper product handling and stacking. Keep trailers, loading docks, and work areas clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and work efficiently with the warehouse team. Requirements Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift. Ability to safely handle merchandise of varying sizes and weights. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous lumping, loading/unloading, or warehouse experience is preferred.
