The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates must be agile, great at problem solving, and must be able to carry 50+ pounds. Duties Perform picking and packing of orders accurately, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment. Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all materials are handled with care to prevent damage. Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established procedures for inventory management. Assist in the management of stock levels, including conducting regular inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in warehouse management is preferred. Proficiency in picking, packing, and order picking processes. Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation. Experience with materials handling techniques and best practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
