Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, and loading products. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for quality and reporting any damages. This is a full-time position with great benefits including but not limited Health Insurance, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation/Sick Time, and so much more. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and move product safely Perform and document RMA inspections for chassis and power supply units (PSUs), maintaining accurate records in the SharePoint RMA log system Pick, pack, and ship operations for Sales, Estore, and RMA orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards Conduct rework and repair activities for Sales, Estore, and RMA units in accordance with established procedures. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Act as backup for local deliveries Follow all safety, security and SOP guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or RMA roles preferred Ability to lift and move heavy objects Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ERP system Working knowledge of and adherences to current operational, quality, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, traceability, and data accuracy Ability to follow process controls and escalate issues when deviations or defects are identified Ability to work in a team environment Join us to become part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in warehouse operations!
