Role:

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate movement, picking, packing, and organization of materials within our facility. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who takes pride in doing a job well and working as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a union role based on performance and tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, unload, and move materials using, pallet jacks, or by hand Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials and products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or material handling experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.) Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training may be provided) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and good attendance history
