Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment at a warehouse in Poway, California. This position focuses on organizing and labeling inventory items with accuracy while helping the team stay on schedule. The work is hands-on and repetitive in nature, making it a strong fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable remaining on their feet for most of the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Apply identification tags to warehouse items accurately and efficiently throughout the assignment
• Maintain a steady pace of work while following project timelines and daily output expectations
• Review items before labeling to help ensure tags are placed correctly and remain easy to scan or track
• Support general warehouse project activities as directed to keep the assignment moving forward
• Stand and move throughout the work area for extended periods while handling repetitive tasks
• Communicate progress updates to the onsite team and assist with completion targets that may extend into an additional day if needed
