JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Support Associate performs many functions that include supporting warehouse associates with receiving inspected material, organizing, and maintaining inventory as well as shipping support for all incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires a close attention to detail and ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organization skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DAILY TASKS

1. Kits work orders and inputs data into the ERP system. 2. Fulfills items request and input data into the ERP system. 3. Sorts and organizes material based on internal standards. 4. Maintains inventory controls by physical inventory counts 5. Communicates inventory discrepancies to Director of Production Operations. 6. Package and ship orders 7. Incoming receiving 8. Maintains a safe working environment by following company standards and procedures, and complies with legal regulations. 9. Participates in maintaining the quality and organization of the company and reports in quality-related issues in a timely manner. 10. Ability to interpret drawings. 11. Maintain a clean and safe environment. 12. Ability to work individually and / or within a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

1. Entry level position. 2. Warehouse experience strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities 1. Adequate Math, Reading & Reasoning Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and interpret product drawings. Ability to understand to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. 2. Strong Attention to Detail. 3. Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communications skills. 4. Organizational skills; Planning skills; Time Management skills. 5. Manual dexterity with the ability to maintain daily / weekly quota by working quickly and accurately. 6.
