Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Admin/Customer Support & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role combines customer service excellence with efficient warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding support to our clients and internal teams. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills across sales administration and warehouse logistics. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly via phone, email, or chat. Manage sales documentation and administrative tasks using software such as Shippingeasy, Shopify, Google Docs, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center. Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and updating records in warehouse management systems. Process shipping labels and prepare customer orders for shipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including light lifting and product handling Assist with order updates, shipping questions, tracking information, and related customer requests Help maintain accurate records for orders, returns, exchanges, and repairs Collaborate with warehouse teams on distribution tasks such as order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory replenishment. Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests Create and track repair orders from intake through completion Communicate with customers regarding return status, repair updates, replacement parts, and next steps Help organize inventory, supplies, and work areas Assist with shipping preparation, labeling, and packaging Requirements Knowledge of e-commerce order fulfillment processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to support customer inquiries effectively and coordinate with team members. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform manual tasks as needed. Customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable, punctual, and willing to help with a variety of tasks
Pay:
$16.90 - $21.00 per hour
