In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting the overall distribution process. Your proactive approach will ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly, contributing to a seamless supply chain experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management system (WMS) software to ensure accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling accurately, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams Manage inventory updates within the warehouse management system (WMS) and AS400 platform to maintain real-time stock accuracy Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols Conduct regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment roles Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is highly desirable Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and RF scanners for efficient inventory control Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering equipment safely Knowledge of picking & packing procedures, order picking processes, and stock replenishment strategies Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing while supporting a thriving logistics operation.
