O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local flour mill to find a dependable and hardworking Production & Warehouse Associate in Redding, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production, warehouse operations, and forklift operation, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Production & Warehouse Associate Compensation $21.00 per hour Full-time position Regular schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Training schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Production & Warehouse Associate Qualifications Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift operating experience required Ability to read, write, and communicate legibly and effectively Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Production & Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Assist with daily flour production, packaging, and warehouse operations Operate forklifts to move and organize products and materials Load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility Monitor production processes and assist with maintaining product quality Accurately read and complete production records and documentation Perform basic calculations related to production and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
