•4:30 AM (Overnight) Position Overview We are actively seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to join a fast-paced distribution team in Richmond, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong order-picking experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment. This position requires accuracy, productivity, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Operate forklifts when properly trained and authorized. Stage, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for outbound shipment. Verify order accuracy and maintain proper inventory records. Qualifications & Preferred Experience Previous warehouse order-picking or order-selecting experience strongly preferred. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and material handling. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
