Job Summary iStaffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a warehouse in Riverside, CA. Associates will have the opportunity to work in different warehouse departments depending on business needs. Responsibilities may include picking, packing, scanning, labeling, sorting, shipping, receiving, inventory, and cleaning and organizing the warehouse. We are looking for flexible, motivated individuals who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and help support daily warehouse operations. Duties Pick and pack orders according to instructions. Scan products and verify item information. Label, sort, and organize merchandise. Assist with shipping and receiving operations. Help with inventory counts and stock organization. Move products and materials throughout the warehouse. Clean and maintain an organized work area. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Assist in different departments as needed. Perform additional general labor duties as assigned. Skills Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to learn new tasks and work in different departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., depending on department requirements. Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. How to Apply
