Duties Safely load and unload shipments using various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and update warehouse management systems. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing goods in designated areas. Assist with order picking by selecting items according to shipping orders with precision and efficiency. Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures comply with safety protocols and OSHA standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and report discrepancies. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and order pickers safely. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety protocols. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Familiarity with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation, and other material handling equipment. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse activities is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and load/unload processes.
