Job Description

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Kitting Associate is responsible for assembling and packaging various kits as well as site setup/management. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and efficient handling of components to ensure accurate and timely completion of kits. Where applicable also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. The associate assists with the process of pulling and loading equipment for delivery in addition to assembling equipment when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and all other aspects of HIPAA compliance are essential in this job. Employees in this position may also be requested to deliver equipment to patients and/or facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Kit Assembly:
Read instructions, gather required components, and accurately assemble kits according to Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) using sound judgment.
Quality Control & Inventory:
Inspect materials for discrepancies, defects, lot numbers, and expiration dates; and report issues promptly. Assist with inventory stocking, tracking, replenishment, and basic equipment maintenance and repairs per company policy.
Packaging & Shipping:
Pack and label completed kits for storage, shipping, and safe delivery. Collect and deliver shipments, and remove boxes, pallets, and packaging waste from warehouse activities.
Compliance & Safety:
Follow PPE, infection control, and biohazardous materials procedures at all times. Maintain clean warehouses and vehicles, dispose of waste daily, conduct safety audits, and report or replace faulty or missing equipment.
Team Support:
Assist other departments with deliveries, site setup, and site operations as needed.
Delivery & Physical Duties:
Drive company vans to deliver and set up materials, equipment, medical supplies, PPE, and inventory for safe and efficient site operations. Requires frequent lifting over 40 lbs. and use of pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts, with extended periods of standing and sitting.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics, warehouse management, or related fields is a plus. Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse operations is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of inventory management and quality control principles. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Physical ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Physical Demands /

Working in a warehouse environment Sitting up to 80% of the time Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Frequent use of computer and phone systems. Occasional driving of company vehicles for inspections, deliveries, or errands.

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
