Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Representative to join our operations team in San Clemente, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the inbound and outbound logistics for IT equipment, hardware components, and field service materials. You'll ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective shipping processes that support our nationwide IT deployment and support services. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments of IT hardware, peripherals, and related materials using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and customs forms for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Inspect, pack, and label items securely to prevent damage during transit, maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits. Track shipments in real-time, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal teams and clients. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and field technicians to fulfill urgent shipping requests for on-site IT installations and repairs. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse/shipping area and operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners). Collaborate with the customer service and IT operations teams to ensure seamless support for client projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations; IT or electronics handling experience a plus. Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, UPS WorldShip) and inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
