Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, takes pride in accurate packing and shipping, and is comfortable supporting online sales operations. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed correctly, packaged professionally, and shipped on time—while also helping maintain and grow our e-commerce listings and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Pick, inspect, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Prepare domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and shipping platforms Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and condition, label products, and organize warehouse locations Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas Track inventory movements and help identify discrepancies, missing items, or damaged products Assist with product photography, labeling, measurements, and item descriptions for online listings Upload or update product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites Process returns, exchanges, and incoming repair or service shipments Communicate shipment status, tracking information, and order issues to the sales/customer-service team Help maintain shipping supplies, packaging materials, and warehouse equipment Support periodic physical inventory counts and general operational projects Experience Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, ShipStation, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or similar systems is a plus Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and online marketplaces Strong attention to detail—especially with part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping addresses Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday Forklift or pallet-jack experience is helpful, but not required The right person is reliable, punctual, organized, and takes ownership of their work. Because we handle valuable and technical products, accuracy, care in packaging, and attention to product condition are essential. We are looking for someone who can grow with the company and contribute ideas to improve our shipping, warehouse, and e-commerce processes
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
