Responsibilities Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving. Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand. Conveys materials using wheelbarrow, hand truck, forklift, electric dolly, elevator, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials; aids machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of power hoist. Basic Qualifications for Material Handler 2 - Must be able to lift 50lbs to un-assisted. Must have a valid California Drivers license. Must be able sit, stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time. Must be able to operate a delivery vehicle. Previous warehousing experience. U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications for Material Handler 2 - Previous SAP/MRP system experience. Forklift experience, Shipping/Packaging to Mil Spec experience, the ability to obtain and retain a security clearance.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
