Job Description
- Job Title: Warehouse Worker
- Job Description
- This role focuses on supporting shipping and material handling operations within a busy warehouse environment.
You will help keep products moving by unloading and loading trucks, handling equipment and materials, and preparing items for shipment through palletizing, wrapping, and strapping. The position involves heavy lifting and a variety of general warehouse duties that contribute to efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Responsibilities
- + Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently to support daily shipping and receiving activities.
+ Handle materials and equipment, including pulling equipment and product from containers as directed.
+ Palletize product in an organized and secure manner to ensure safe storage and transport.
+ Wrap and strap products on pallets to prepare them for shipment and prevent damage in transit.
+ Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, in accordance with safety procedures and training (where applicable).
+ Perform general warehouse duties, including staging, organizing, and moving inventory as needed.
+ Lift and move heavy items, including loads of 50 pounds or more, throughout the shift.
+ Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to complete tasks accurately and on time.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure correct product handling, labeling, and placement.
+ Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent warehouse operations.
+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and housekeeping standards to keep the work area clean and safe.
+ Participate in cross-training opportunities to learn additional warehouse functions and support team flexibility.
- Essential Skills
- + 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or general labor environment.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the workday.
+ Experience with palletizing products in a warehouse setting.
+ Experience with wrapping and strapping products for shipment.
+ Basic warehouse skills, including material handling, loading, and packaging.
+ Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, following proper training.
+ Strong attention to detail when handling, organizing, and preparing products.
+ Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal.
+ Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality.
+ Willingness to complete a drug test as part of the hiring process.

- + Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations. + Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions. + Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Work Environment
- This is a full-time, onsite warehouse role with a schedule of 6:00 a.
m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work involves frequent heavy lifting and physical activity throughout the shift. The facility is an open warehouse, so temperatures inside reflect outdoor conditions, and it can become hot when the weather is warm. To support employees, breaks are provided along with water and sports drinks such as Gatorade during very hot periods. You will work around warehouse equipment and may begin working on a forklift from day one, following appropriate training and safety guidelines. The environment is hands-on, active, and focused on safe, efficient movement of products.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.
00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
