Job Overview We are hiring an entry-level Warehouse Laborer & Delivery Driver (training provided) to support secure boxed records pickup from clients, warehouse organization, internal logistics, inventory tracking, and scan-on-demand services. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires driving company-owned SUVs and vans (CDL not required) to pick up, transport, load, and unload boxes of confidential paper records. Duties include pickup and delivery, warehouse inventory organization, updating tracking systems, performing scan-on-demand tasks, and moving boxed records between internal departments throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, shelving systems, and approved material handling equipment. This position functions as part of the internal records logistics workflow, ensuring boxes are accurately moved between storage, scanning, quality control, and processing departments while maintaining strict chain-of-custody and inventory control procedures. All work is performed in accordance with TierFive's strict chain-of-custody standards at our secure Imaging Conversion Center and approved client locations. Candidates with experience in moving, warehouse operations, delivery driving, logistics, or other physically active work environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Records Pickup & Transportation — Approximately 30% Drive company-owned SUVs and cargo vans for scheduled record pickups and deliveries Pick up and transport boxes of paper records securely Safely load and unload boxes weighing up to 50 lbs Secure loads using carts, pallet jacks, straps, and approved handling procedures Verify box counts, manifests, labels, and inventory documentation during pickups and deliveries Maintain professional and courteous interaction with clients during pickups Follow all chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and transportation procedures Warehouse & Internal Logistics — Approximately 50% Receive, inventory, label, barcode, and organize incoming records by project Organize records using Row / Shelf / Bin warehouse systems Pull boxes upon request and deliver records to internal departments Transfer multiple boxes using approved carts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment Return processed boxes to storage and re-stack inventory Ensure all records remain grouped, organized, and accounted for Update inventory management systems for all box movements and status changes Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency Scan-On-Demand & Operational Support — Approximately 20% Retrieve boxes for scan-on-demand requests Prepare paper records for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and bindings Scan documents using company equipment Perform indexing and metadata entry, including folder names and document details Enter operational tracking information such as volumes, accuracy, deadlines, and project status Re-box and organize completed projects for storage or delivery Support multiple departments as operational needs change Identify records that have met retention requirements Stage boxes for shredding approval Prepare and maintain tracking documentation Follow detailed project instructions and handling procedures for each assignment Form other duties, as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
