In this role, you will be instrumental in assembling products with precision, managing raw materials, and ensuring smooth production flow. Your proactive approach will contribute to maintaining high safety standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will directly impact product quality and operational efficiency. Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the manufacturing facility Interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and process documentation to ensure correct assembly procedures are followed Conduct quality checks during assembly processes to verify measurements, fit, and finish aligning with manufacturing standards Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow bottlenecks and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices Maintain a clean, organized workspace while complying with safety standards in production environments Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line operations Hands-on experience using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing is a plus Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating with team members Join our team if you're eager to contribute your mechanical expertise in a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and continuous growth.
