  • Onsite in San Jose Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM We are currently partnered with a leading aerospace company that is seeking a Materials Handler to play an important role in ensuring materials and finished products are received, stored, moved, and shipped accurately and safely within the warehouse.
Your Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and supplies and verify purchase order details, part numbers, quantities, and other information against ERP records. Accurately record material receipts and ensure parts are stored in the appropriate locations. Pick and verify materials and supplies required for production orders. Stage finished products for final distribution and shipment. Pick, pack, crate, load, and securely prepare finished products for shipment. Accurately record units shipped and maintain shipment documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records, including labeling materials and recording storage locations. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to safely move materials and products. Forklift certification is a plus. What You'll Bring 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience, ideally in shipping and receiving, kitting, packing, or a similar environment. Experience using ERP systems to manage inventory, orders, and material movements; SAP experience is a plus. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to support colleagues across the operation. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. independently. Ability to visually distinguish colors as required for the role. A valid California driver's license. Forklift certification and/or operator experience is highly desirable and will be considered a bonus qualification.
