THE ROLE

Corefleet Solutions LLC is looking for reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team on a temporary W-2 basis at a client facility in San Jose. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently. Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies. Verify received items and quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Scan, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory records. Pick products accurately for customer orders. Pack items securely and prepare shipping labels for outbound shipments. Load outgoing shipments onto trucks. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Process returned items as needed. Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Forklift experience is welcome. Keep aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report damaged products, inventory errors, broken equipment, and safety concerns promptly. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to 50-75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail when verifying quantities, labels, and tracking information. Basic computer skills; experience using handheld scanners or inventory systems is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly, work well with a team, and report inventory issues to supervisors. Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and ready to work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully onsite role at a client facility in the San Jose area. Expect a warehouse setting with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. Temperature may vary depending on the season and facility.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

Pay:

$25-$28/hour, based on experience Temporary W-2 position — 1 to 3 months in duration Not benefits-eligible (health insurance not included) Overtime paid in full compliance with California labor law All required meal and rest breaks provided Workers' compensation coverage included
