Shift Schedule & Pay RatesDay Shift 7:00 AM•3:30 PM $23.00/hour Swing Shift 3:15 PM•11:45 PM $23.00/hour + 10% shift differential
Total Pay:
$25.30/hour Graveyard Shift 11:30 PM•8:00 AM $24.00/hour + 15% shift differentialTotal Pay:
$27.60/hour Position Summary The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and manufacturing operations through the accurate handling, movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material flow to production, and compliance with company safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to production and shipping areas Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems Maintain accurate inventory counts and support cycle counting activities Prepare outgoing shipments, labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation Load and unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts as required Follow FIFO procedures and proper material handling practices Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and clean work areas Support production schedules by ensuring timely material availability Adhere to all safety, ESD, quality, and company procedures Assist with inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech environments is a plus Basic computer skills with experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory systems Ability to read and interpret work orders, inventory reports, labels, and part numbers Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift certification or experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to push and pull carts, pallets, and material handling equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments Preferred Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures Knowledge of pallet jack and forklift safety standards Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices Experience with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight services Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment May require overtime, weekends, or schedule flexibility based on business needs PPE and safety equipment may be required depending on work areaJob Types:
