We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk that handles inbound shipments, stockroom transfers, and order fulfillment for production and distribution. The role moves materials between 3 areas (receiving, stockroom, production) and tracks inventory to keep daily operations running without delays. Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Must have valid driver's license. Responsibilities Receive shipments from the shipping area and move items into the stockroom Inspect incoming products for damage and report issues within 1 day Store materials using assigned bin locations and update inventory records after each transfer Pull work orders for production based on daily schedules Prepare distribution orders for shipping, including picking, packing, and staging Transport materials between receiving, stockroom, and production Maintain product condition during handling, packing, and storage Communicate shortages, delays, or discrepancies to production, shipping, and planning teams Safely operate a company vehicle to retrieve parts from local suppliers as needed, averaging one to two trips per month. Keep warehouse organized by following location systems and cleaning standards at the end of each shift Support cycle counts and inventory checks We are looking for: Use inventory systems 2 years of forklift experience Production experience is a PLUS Must have valid Driver's License Handle receiving and inventory tasks Manage multiple tasks at the same time
