We specialize in Offset, Digital, and Large Format Printing. Our warehouse team is the backbone of our operation, making sure every order ships accurately and on time. About the Role We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our busy warehouse. This is a long-term, full-time position (not seasonal or temporary). You'll handle daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, and occasionally make local deliveries in a company van. Responsibilities Perform daily shipping clerk duties: prepare UPS & FedEx shipments using computer systems Handle receiving clerk tasks: unload trucks, check in deliveries, and stock materials Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move inventory Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment Greet and assist will-call customers with professionalism Make occasional local deliveries (non-CDL driver, company van provided) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience as a warehouse associate , shipping clerk , or order fulfillment worker preferred Computer literate; experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software a plus Forklift experience a plus Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Team player who can also work independently Physically able to lift to 75 lbs, stand/walk for long periods Why Join PrintPapa Competitive pay: $20-$24/hour Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off: 5 days/year (first 3 years), then 10 days/year Long-tenured team with a supportive "work family" culture
