E-Commerce / Live Shopping / Women's Apparel About the Position We are a growing e-commerce and live-shopping business looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately pack and ship customer orders from our live-selling and e-commerce channels. You will also help organize inventory, prepare merchandise for upcoming shows, and keep the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and can be trusted to complete orders accurately without constant supervision. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Match merchandise with the correct customer orders Print and apply shipping labels Package clothing securely and neatly Sort and organize orders after live-selling shows Help receive and organize incoming inventory Organize clothing and merchandise in the warehouse Prepare inventory for upcoming live shows Maintain an organized and clean shipping/work area Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials Assist with general warehouse tasks when shipping is completed Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise Work efficiently to make sure orders are shipped on time What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work at a fast and consistent pace Organized and able to follow a shipping system Comfortable working independently Comfortable using a computer, phone, shipping labels, and basic shipping software Able to stand and move around for extended periods Able to lift and move boxes up to approximately 40-50 lbs when necessary Positive attitude and willingness to help with different warehouse tasks Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, e-commerce, or retail experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Schedule Schedule may vary depending on live-show volume and the number of orders that need to be shipped. We are looking for someone with dependable availability who can help ensure orders are processed quickly after our shows.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$18-$23 per hour Pay may increase based on performance, reliability, speed, accuracy, and additional responsibilities.
