Warehouse Associate

Job Title:

Warehouse Associate Objective:

To assist the Manager in providing the Customer with the best possible buying experience in product delivery and after-sale service.

To maximize the safe, efficient flow of product in and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Expectations:

To operate forklift according to safety guidelines established during forklift training.

Must have certified forklift training (must be forklift certified). Take great care in loading products onto or into Customer vehicles without putting the customer at risk of injury or the vehicle at risk of damage. To load and unload commercial and company trucks with regard to the safety of coworkers and the vehicles. Ability to ship and receive materials and notify purchasing if there is a problem. To work effectively with other Employees by accepting, completing and handing off tasks.

Give assistance when appropriate or accept assistance when it will help complete the task. Requirements:

Full time 40 hours a week. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays 2+ years retail sales skills in professional environment Must be able to stand on feet for 6-8 hours a day. Ability to lift 75 lbs throughout the day. Prior work experience working with tile, stone, glass, natural stone and slabs. Basic computer skills.
