About us Community Labor Partnership connects local workers with hands-on gigs: helping people move, loading and unloading trucks, setting up and breaking down events, and other physical jobs that need an extra set of hands. You choose the gigs you want, work a few hours, and get paid the same day. Why people work with us
- You choose your gigs. No set shifts. Take the jobs that work for you and pass on the rest.
- Paid the same day. Finish the job and get paid that day, not on a two-week payroll.
- Fits around your life. Work around another job, school, family, or anything else. Work one day a month or five days a week.
- Variety. A move one day, a truck unload the next, an event setup that weekend.
- Short jobs. Most gigs run a few hours.
- No experience needed. If you can lift, carry, and show up on time, you'll do fine. What the work looks like
- Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and storage units
- Helping people move: carrying furniture, boxes, and appliances, including up and down stairs
- Event setup and teardown: tables, chairs, tents, staging, and equipment
- Moving inventory and supplies for businesses
- Clearing out junk from garages and basements
- Being friendly and careful with customers and their property What we're looking for
- 18 or older
- Able to lift and carry heavy items safely
