Warehouse Associate - Unloading Department

About the role We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our Unloading team. In this role, you'll be hands-on every shift, physically unloading incoming product deliveries, keeping your area organized and safe, and working alongside a tight-knit team that takes pride in getting the job done right. This is a physical position that requires lifting, carrying, and moving product by hand throughout your shift. What you'll do

• Manually unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers by hand
• Move, carry, and stage product in designated warehouse locations
• Inspect incoming product for visible damage and report discrepancies
• Keep the unloading dock and surrounding area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE requirements
• Communicate clearly with team leads about shipment status, quantities, and any issues
• Meet daily unloading targets while maintaining accuracy and care for product What we're looking for
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable; shows up on time and follows through every shift
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions from team leads
• Prior warehouse or manual labor experience preferred, but not required, we will train

Pay:

$17.75 - $18.50 per hour
