Warehouse Associate Order Packing & Shipping (Driving Required)

W e are a fast-growing online retailer specializing in candy, snacks, and grocery products. We sell across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon and our own website, fulfilling orders daily from our warehouse. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help with order packing, shipping, and occasional local deliveries . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Print shipping labels and process orders using computer software (training provided) Ensure all packages are accurate and meet shipping standards Load and unload boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with inventory organization and restocking Occasionally drive a company minivan or small truck to drop off shipments at the post office or carrier locations Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer skills (printing labels, data entry, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience in warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment Familiarity with e-commerce, or shipping platforms Compensation & Benefits $17/hour starting pay (increase after 3 months based on performance) Flexible daytime schedule Opportunity for growth as the company expands Stable, consistent work environment Work Environment This is a physically active warehouse role involving standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
