Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time contract/temporary opportunity in El Cajon, CA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience who enjoys staying active and contributing to an organized, fast-paced operation. The Warehouse Associate will support material movement across warehouse, factory, and office areas by assisting with receiving, stocking, inventory control, order picking, production kits, and material transactions.   • Support shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, labeling, order picking, and warehouse distribution activities.
  • Prepare, fill, and deliver production kits and materials to factory, warehouse, and office areas.
  • Receive, unload, shrink wrap, store, and distribute materials, including palletized products, supplies, and completed goods.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, scanning, casing, boxing, receipts, transfers, adjustments, and related data entry.
  • Communicate supply levels, material movement updates, and inventory needs with supervisors and production teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by supporting 5S activities and general housekeeping duties. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Shift:
    Day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and material distribution.
  • Prepare and deliver production kits, supplies, and materials to support factory and office operations.
  • Complete inventory counts, labeling, scanning, data entry, and material transaction updates.
  • Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • 1+ years of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to qualify to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while handling materials.
  • Ability to pull, push, lift, and unload materials weighing up to 45 pounds, with some product handling between 30 and 50 pounds.
  • Basic data entry skills and ability to complete inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, reliability, and commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production support, parts distribution, or wholesale warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory cycle counting, 5S practices, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Experience supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
