Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading packaging manufacturing company, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Stockton, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment across the facility while communicating issues to the maintenance manager and supporting continuous improvements in machine reliability and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyors, PLCs, and all other facility machinery Perform daily visual inspections of the building, grounds, equipment, and projects in progress Track all repairs in Manager Plus, identify recurring issues, and make recommendations to the maintenance manager Work closely with plant supervisors to increase equipment reliability and minimize downtime Consult and coordinate with operations teams on repair schedules and potential production delays Fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs Follow Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) guidelines consistently Comply with all safety processes, EPA regulations, and OSHA standards at all times

Requirements:

10+ years of industrial maintenance repair and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment required Successful completion of an Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship program or other accredited training Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize repairs based on urgency and communicate effectively with supervisors and operations teams Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-up abilities Electrical experience is a plus PLC programming experience is a plus Journeyman status is a plus

Pay Rate:

$35.00 per hour Available Shifts (2 openings per shift): 1st

Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday through Saturday, 3:00 PM•10:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

Monday through Saturday, 11:00 PM•7:00 AM Saturday overtime is required
