MCS Supply Chain Associate Location:
Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our biopharmaceutical manufacturing by ensuring timely and accurate processing, dispensing, and delivery of materials. Our team values operational excellence, attention to detail, and adaptability within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices while processing, picking, and dispensing materials for manufacturing facilities. Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles as required, following onsite training, and perform material handling tasks within a warehouse setting. Identify, escalate, and support resolution of operational risks related to dispensary and warehouse activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete related tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety programs, and operational excellence projects, including participation in regulatory inspections by presenting information to auditors as needed.
Required:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of work or military experience; or an associate degree with at least 6 months of work or military experience. Previous manufacturing experience is required, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to work under general direction, adapt to varying shifts including day, swing, weekend, and holiday schedules, and lift up to 35 lbs. or push/pull heavy loads with material handling equipment. Commitment to safety, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn and support warehouse functions related to shipping, dispensing, and material movement in accordance with procedural guidance.
