Warehouse Associate Masterminded Torrance, CA Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer returns handling Full Job Description Position Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily fulfillment activities in a warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Focus V is a fast-growing consumer technology company specializing in premium electronic devices and accessories. With a strong e-commerce operation, our warehouse team plays an essential role in accurately processing, packing, and shipping orders to customers both domestically and internationally. This is an on-site warehouse position based in Torrance, California, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the Torrance warehouse for all scheduled shifts. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and workplace policies Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed Process and handle warranty returns, including inspection, documentation, sorting, and routing items for resolution Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or production environment preferred Experience operating a forklift; forklift certification preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive setting Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Must meet all applicable employment eligibility and background requirements Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse/production setting. Noise levels and activity may vary throughout the day. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
